The second generation Hyundai Veloster is due for an official unveiling today at this year’s North American International Auto Show. But several hours before the unveiling, Hyundai accidentally leaked images of the new Veloster on their international website.
They’ve subsequently removed the page, but not before we managed to download them. The images show a Veloster that works on a heavily revised design of the new i30 – a vehicle with which it shares a platform. There’s even a Hyundai Veloster N – expected to feature the same running gear and performance as the i30N hot hatch.
The Veloster retains the single driver’s door, two passenger door setup made famous by the last model, but should hopefully improve in areas of build quality and driving dynamics.
